About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Java back‑end services using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Guide the front‑end development with Angular, ensuring seamless integration with back‑end services.
- Lead a team of developers through Agile Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
- Maintain code quality standards, conduct peer reviews, and enforce best practices for testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java full‑stack development, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Angular.
- Proven experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of REST API design, relational databases (SQL), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
