Software Engineer
Modern Workplace Engineer responsible for securing, maintaining, and evolving the digital workplace stack—Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams—while driving compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement through automation and change management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for all users.
- Implement and manage Azure AD identities, conditional access, and multi‑factor authentication to protect corporate data.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and other scripting tools.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to monitor, audit, and remediate risks across the digital workplace.
- Lead change initiatives, including new feature rollouts, process improvements, and user adoption programs.
- Provide expert support for complex issues, troubleshooting across SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with Azure Automation or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and identity management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional projects.
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement processes is a plus.
