About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams to support enterprise collaboration.
- Implement security and compliance controls, manage identity and access via Azure AD, and enforce data loss prevention policies.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration changes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Azure Automation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to migrate content, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Experience with security, compliance, and data governance in M365.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
