About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end data management solutions, including data governance, cataloging, and quality frameworks.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and lakehouse environments on AWS, leveraging ETL/ELT tools and Python scripting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on data best practices, security, and compliance.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to elevate client data literacy and adoption of modern tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, architecture, or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation).
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience leading workshops or training programs is a plus.
