Software Engineer
Lead the design and modelling of photonic systems using SystemC and virtual platform techniques to accelerate AI supercomputing infrastructure, driving innovation in optical interconnects and scalable photonic engines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop SystemC models for next‑generation photonic components and interconnects.
- Design and maintain virtual platform environments to validate hardware‑software integration.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define interface specifications and performance targets.
- Drive performance optimisation and scalability studies for AI‑centric photonic engines.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical reviews of modelling artefacts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SystemC modelling and virtual platform development.
- Strong background in photonics or optical interconnect technologies.
- Proficiency in C++ and model‑based design tools.
- Experience with AI supercomputing workloads and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
