About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high‑fidelity simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink and C++ to support mission planning and analysis.
- Translate complex real‑world requirements into technical specifications and model architectures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate models into larger systems and validate performance against operational data.
- Document modeling assumptions, methodologies, and results for technical reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain required clearance throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in model development with MATLAB/Simulink and C++.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
