About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of MBSE processes and tools to enable smart automation across aircraft programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain system models, ensuring alignment with new architectures and engineering standards.
- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of MBSE tools, providing training and best‑practice guidance.
- Analyze complex system requirements, translate them into simulation models, and validate outcomes against performance criteria.
- Drive the adoption of a new systems engineering way of working, integrating agile practices and digital workflows.
Requirements
- Strong background in Model-Based Systems Engineering and experience with MBSE tools (e.g., SysML, DOORS, PTC Integrity).
- Proven ability to develop and validate simulation models for aircraft systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of automation techniques and digital transformation initiatives in aerospace.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
