- Collaborate with engineering, telecom, and support teams to implement preventive measures.
- Document root causes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge base updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile telecom support and core network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VoIP, and related protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with network monitoring tools and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced remote environment.
