About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of native iOS (Swift/Kotlin) and cross‑platform (Flutter, React Native) mobile applications.
- Lead a team of mobile engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies for mobile projects.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery tracking to ensure timely releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development, plus hands‑on experience with Flutter or React Native.
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade mobile apps at scale.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and mobile testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
