Software Engineer
Lead the consolidation and deployment of machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalable, reproducible, and production‑ready solutions using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services such as AWS, while driving best practices in MLOps and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving.
- Consolidate disparate ML workflows into a unified, scalable MLOps platform.
- Automate model training, validation, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor model performance in production and orchestrate retraining cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
