As an MLOps professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing MLOps within cloud infrastructure to support data preparation, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining processes. You will play a crucial role in building scalable machine learning systems and ensuring their efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Develop pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support enterprise machine learning systems at scale.
- Design and build application containerization and orchestrate with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build orchestration pipelines to convert Python models into deployable API/RESTful endpoints.
- Drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of predictive modelling solutions.
- Hands-on work experience in DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Python/R, SQL and Airflow is a must.
- Experience in Regression & Classification Modelling, NLP, Time Series Forecasting.
- Proficiency in MLOps skills including Azure DevOps, CI/CD data pipelines, Azure ML, Feature Store, mlflow, model registry, microservices architecture, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Github.
- Knowledge of Data Factory and Azure Databricks is a plus.
- Experience/Exposure with Data warehousing, Stored procedures and Snowflake will be a plus.
- Proficient in Shell Scripting and automation tools.
- Good understanding of OOP & Data Structures concepts.
- Knowledge in Python and packages for data analysis (scikit-learn, scipy, numpy, pandas, matplotlib).
- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks: Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
- Knowledge in Azure cloud technologies like Databricks, Data factory is preferable.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD, DVCS, Airflow.
