Lead the design and maintenance of robust ML pipelines for healthcare systems, ensuring model reliability and production stability using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines that integrate seamlessly with Healthcare Information Systems.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment of models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production‑ready services.
- Monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot data drift, and orchestrate retraining workflows.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations while optimizing pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable ML pipelines in Python.
- Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of MLOps concepts such as model versioning, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and healthcare data standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
