Lead end‑to‑end delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant IT services for MedTech research labs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across cloud and on‑prem environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day IT service delivery for RD labs, ensuring high availability and performance of lab computing, instrument workstations, and ICE network segments.
- Implement and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient operations across integrated ITOT capabilities, leveraging AWS and on‑prem infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying ITIL best practices to enhance service reliability, incident response, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT services with MedTech research objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem reviews to prevent recurrence and improve service quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in a MedTech or research environment.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, network segmentation, and security compliance frameworks (HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑unit IT operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
