About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines for health‑care data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and PHI/PII regulations.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, model registry, feature store, and automated retraining pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud services.
- Build robust monitoring and drift detection systems to maintain model performance in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate research prototypes into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Write clean, testable Python code with type hints, linting, and packaging best practices.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in machine learning and MLOps, with at least 3 years in production pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala for data engineering and analytics.
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of health‑care data privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
