ML Engineer
Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning solutions using Python, Java, and Scikit‑learn, collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into scalable, production‑grade applications.
- Optimize model performance and maintain model monitoring, versioning, and retraining workflows.
- Integrate ML solutions with existing software systems and APIs, ensuring reliability and security.
- Document design decisions, model assumptions, and performance metrics for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience building ML models in Python and Java, with strong knowledge of Scikit‑learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
