Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration planning for spacecraft and satellite payloads on NSSL launch vehicles, coordinating with ULA and SpaceX teams.
- Develop and maintain integration schedules, interface control documents, and test plans to meet launch readiness milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure mission success.
- Collaborate with systems, propulsion, and avionics engineers to validate payload interfaces and performance requirements.
- Prepare and present integration status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in space launch vehicle integration or mission operations.
- Strong knowledge of ULA and SpaceX launch vehicle systems and rideshare integration processes.
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools, interface management, and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
