MIS Analyst and Automation Developer responsible for designing data pipelines, building interactive dashboards, and automating workflows to boost operational efficiency and support ERP initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes with SQL and Python.
- Automate repetitive business processes through RPA tools such as UiPath and custom scripting.
- Collaborate with ERP teams to integrate data flows and enhance system functionality.
- Create and document workflow solutions that streamline operations across manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to support integration projects.
- Experience implementing RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath) to automate business tasks.
