Mid‑ to senior‑level Fullstack Developer building a SaaS CRM platform for a fintech brokerage, using Node.js, React, TypeScript and RESTful services to enable telephony, chat, ticketing and admin tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a full‑stack CRM application using Node.js and React, supporting sales and support workflows.
- Implement real‑time communication features such as telephony integration, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Build and expose RESTful APIs, ensuring secure, performant data exchange between front‑end and back‑end services.
- Collaborate with QA, product, and UI/UX teams to deliver high‑quality releases on a SaaS platform.
- Write clean, testable code in TypeScript/JavaScript, enforce code standards, and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development with strong expertise in Node.js and React.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or modern JavaScript (ES6+), REST API design, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and mentor junior developers.
