Job Summary: Our ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for working with clients post sales, creating solutions for client issues, solving business objectives, and helping the team build an amazing product. Part of this role also includes working with non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives and figure out the best way to bring those ideas into our infrastructure. Someone who will thrive in this role will have a passion for using ServiceNow to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
- Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
- Level 4 (Developer level) support of our applications.
- Bug Fixing, troubleshooting issues, unit testing, and coding.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support the SDLC process.
- Design, develop and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct research into system features to solve the business problems and provide recommendations for solutions
- Analyze existing programs and create logic for new systems
- Build patches, participate in code review, and work with users, stakeholders, fellow developers, to create awesome scalable applications.

- Identifies areas for improvements, takes part in continuous improvement process and software development best practices adoption initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1,5-2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration
- 1,5-2 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- AI/Claude experience (AI first development)
- Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, Restful API etc)
- Experience with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in a ServiceNow environment
