About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow business rules, workflows, and custom applications for HR Service Delivery.
- Create and maintain integration components using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and REST/SOAP APIs to connect legacy systems with the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, data imports, and configuration of HRSD modules.
- Document technical solutions, update policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with change‑control processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver iterative improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, preferably with HR Service Delivery or HRSD modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and building client‑side and server‑side components.
- Experience creating integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, data model, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate effectively, and follow Agile development practices.
