About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications to meet mission‑critical requirements for satellite communications services.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend platform functionality.
- Build and maintain OmniStudio components (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) to streamline data flows and user experiences.
- Implement declarative solutions using Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning.
- Proven expertise with declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and a strong understanding of Salesforce data model.
- Experience building OmniStudio solutions; familiarity with DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards is highly preferred.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for federal security clearance.
