About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects that deliver actionable business analytics solutions, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop dashboards, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and conduct retrospectives, continuously improving delivery efficiency.
- Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members on project governance, data quality standards, and best practices in analytics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a data‑centric or analytics environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Tableau for visualization.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
