About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on OT cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, delivering best‑practice recommendations.
- Perform security assessments of OT environments, including SCADA and control system architectures.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and response plans aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.
- Lead tabletop exercises and cyber‑range simulations to test OT incident response capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls into resilient infrastructure designs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience securing operational technology or industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of OT security standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and GRC processes.
- Hands‑on experience with SCADA, PLC, and network segmentation in OT environments.
- Proven ability to develop incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation.
