About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed network designs for enterprise, campus, data‑center, and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Validate proposed architectures through simulations, lab testing, and proof‑of‑concept deployments.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including schematics, bill of materials, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls, QoS policies, and performance monitoring.
- Support ongoing network optimization, troubleshooting, and upgrade initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing Cisco‑based networks.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, WAN technologies, and data‑center fabrics.
- Experience with hybrid cloud networking (e.g., AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute) and network security best practices.
- Proficiency in network design tools and documentation standards.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent.
