About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to monitor collections performance and recovery metrics.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL and Python to support portfolio analysis.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, forecast recoveries, and recommend strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and legal teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and documentation for all analytical assets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within collections, finance, or recovery environments.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong Python skills for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel abilities, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
