About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and security models to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) that automate processes and enhance user productivity.
- Implement governance frameworks, compliance controls, and best‑practice policies across Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical architecture and workflow designs.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SharePoint and Power Platform environments for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online administration and Power Platform development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with IT and business teams.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
