Develop and enhance internal business systems using Microsoft Power Platform, building Power Apps, automations, and dashboards while mentoring team members and ensuring scalable, data‑driven solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications on Power Apps to streamline internal workflows.
- Create automated processes with Power Automate that integrate with existing enterprise systems.
- Develop interactive reports and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Model and manage data within Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and solution architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration patterns.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and implement CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform assets.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills for mentoring and stakeholder collaboration.
