Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions, driving automation, reporting, and collaboration across enterprise processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline business processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Build, configure, and support SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and custom forms, ensuring optimal user experience and data governance.
- Integrate Power Platform components with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services, leveraging Azure AD, Teams, and Dynamics 365 where appropriate.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions that adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training on new features and workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience building Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and custom development (SPFx, Power Apps integration).
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services, Azure AD, and basic PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
