About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, integrating data pipelines, lakehouse, and analytics layers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Build and optimize data ingestion workflows using Azure Data Factory and Synapse pipelines.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that deliver actionable insights.
- Implement data governance, security, and performance best practices across the Fabric environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft data platforms.
- Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or Scala for data transformation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, lakehouse concepts, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
