Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for operations, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.
- Lead functional and technical workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into robust system designs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform) to extend capabilities and automate workflows.
- Provide hands‑on configuration, customization, and testing, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Mentor and coach project teams, fostering knowledge transfer and best‑practice adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience, with a focus on operations modules.
- Strong architectural skills, including experience with Azure integration and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance or Operations are a plus.
