About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for Dynamics 365 CRM programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, conduct workshops, and document as‑is and to‑be processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and design solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customise, and test CRM solutions, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives, delivering training and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with a strong focus on CRM and business analysis.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops, capture requirements, and model business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation or CRM modernisation projects.
