Lead the design and delivery of advanced Dynamics 365 solutions, driving architecture, integration, and custom development across Azure and Power Platform to meet enterprise needs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in custom development, configuration, and integration with Azure services and third‑party systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for solution design, coding standards, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong expertise in Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration patterns.
- Proficient in .NET, C#, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
