Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio for IT support use cases.
- Build workflow orchestration using Power Automate integrated with enterprise systems.
- Develop custom backend integrations and extensions using .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow using standard and scripted REST APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, role‑based access, and enterprise‑grade compliance.
- Design Adaptive Cards for rich user interactions inside Microsoft Teams.
- Build Copilot extensions using .NET Power Automate and Graph API for workflow automation and conversational AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design Copilot experiences that enhance productivity and user engagement.
- Monitor and optimize Copilot performance ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Required Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs.
- Practical expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
- Understanding of OAuth‑based authentication and enterprise security best practices.
- Experience designing Adaptive Cards (JSON) for Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of ITSM concepts.
