MLOps Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration across M365 and custom use cases while delivering high‑quality managed services to clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions across M365 and custom Copilot use cases.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with customers to design, implement, and optimize AI capabilities in production environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AI operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Document best practices, architecture designs, and operational procedures for internal and client use.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and M365 integration.
- Strong understanding of AI Ops principles and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Hands‑on skills in Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Experience in a managed services or consulting environment is a plus.
