Devops Engineer
Provide expert support for Microsoft cloud infrastructure, security, and collaboration services, leveraging Azure, Office 365, and PowerShell to design, troubleshoot, and optimize client environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring high availability and performance for client workloads.
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, to resolve complex user and system issues.
- Implement and manage Azure Active Directory and identity governance, supporting hybrid and cloud‑only environments.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline provisioning, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
- Apply cloud security best practices, conduct compliance assessments, and remediate vulnerabilities across Microsoft services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate on‑premises infrastructure with cloud platforms and provide technical guidance to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and related cloud services.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation of Azure resources.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
- Experience with hybrid environments, including Azure AD Connect and on‑premises Exchange/Active Directory.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client‑facing skills.
