About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft 365 and Azure issues for enterprise users, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments with PowerShell scripts and Azure Automation to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement secure Office 365 configurations and migrations.
- Monitor service health, analyze logs, and provide proactive recommendations for performance and security enhancements.
- Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and deliver training to end‑users and support staff.
Requirements
- Mid‑level experience (3–5 years) in Microsoft 365 and Azure support roles.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows Server administration.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
