What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive M365 solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing all M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre.
- Design enterprise architecture that aligns with networking, identity, security, and multi-national principles
- Understanding of key principles for networking, identity, security, and multi-national architectures
- Create detailed design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans.
- Lead and execute M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of M365 implementations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M365 technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Provide support in troubleshooting prominent technical issues related to M365 environments as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Provide thorough documentation for operation handover and knowledge sharing, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex M365 projects.
- Expertise in M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations and respective tools and process
- Experience with foundational solution guides, architecture illustrations, design principles, and templates
- Active Directory and Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Teams and Teams Voice
- Intune, Application Packaging, Windows 11 migrations
- Extensive knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, networks, EUC, and applications.
- Demonstrable skills and experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCS), preferably AudioCodes
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
