As a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This is a rotating shift position, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment downtime.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
