Software Engineer
Design and implement information system methods to support aircraft development, leveraging systems engineering principles, data modeling, and programming to improve efficiency and data integrity across multidisciplinary teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain information system architectures that support aircraft design, production, and maintenance processes.
- Define and implement methods for data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure high‑quality engineering data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate system requirements into digital tools and databases.
- Automate data workflows using Python, SQL, and scripting to streamline reporting and decision‑making.
- Provide technical guidance and training on information system best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with information system design, data modeling, and database management.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and ability to apply them in an aerospace environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
