We are seeking a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff, Training Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training performance engineering solutions using machine learning and cloud computing technologies. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy scalable and efficient training systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training performance engineering solutions using machine learning and cloud computing technologies.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy scalable and efficient training systems.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize training performance engineering opportunities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for training performance engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training performance engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with Python and AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
