Member of Technical Staff, Safety for Agents

As a Member of Technical Staff, Safety for Agents, you will be responsible for designing and implementing safety features for our AI agents. This role requires a strong understanding of machine learning and software development principles. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and deploy safety features that ensure our agents interact reliably and trustworthily with users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement safety features for AI agents using machine learning and software development principles.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and deploy safety features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety features meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for safety features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and software development principles.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
