We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (ML Engineer, Recommendations & User Modeling) to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design and develop machine learning models for recommendations and user modeling, leveraging feature engineering and A/B testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve user engagement.

• Design and develop machine learning models for recommendations and user modeling
• Leverage feature engineering and A/B testing to drive business outcomes

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and feature engineering

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Strong background in Python and machine learning libraries
• Experience with feature engineering and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
