Member of technical staff
Deeptune is seeking a Member of Technical Staff with a strong background in backend and infrastructure development, including Python, Go, and TypeScript. This role involves building high-fidelity simulation environments for AI agents to learn through reinforcement learning, contributing to breakthroughs in computer use and code generation. The ideal candidate will thrive in an early-stage team environment, driven by ownership and impact on frontier AI technology.
Deeptune builds training gyms for AI agents: high-fidelity simulation environments where AI learns to do real work through reinforcement learning. We work with the leading AI labs to help them train the next generation of agentic models, and our environments have already contributed to recent breakthroughs in computer use, code generation, and multi-step task completion.
We're a ~20-person team of engineers and operators from Anthropic, Scale AI, Palantir, Hebbia, Glean, and Retool, based in-person in New York City. We recently raised a $43M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from 776, Abstract Ventures, and Inspired Capital.
