Member of Technical Staff, Data Analysis and Evaluation

As a Member of Technical Staff, Data Analysis and Evaluation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data analysis and evaluation capabilities. This includes designing and implementing data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and evaluating the effectiveness of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with experience working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
• Develop and train machine learning models to identify trends and patterns in data
• Evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven solutions and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS cloud-based technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
