Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑throughput backend services that power AI agents for compliance automation.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Python/Node.js, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production pipelines.
- Optimize database schemas and queries in SQL for performance and cost efficiency.
- Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS) with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes or ECS.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL options.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
