Member of Technical Staff, Backend Engineer, API

As a Member of Technical Staff, Backend Engineer, API, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and Node.js. You will work closely with the team to implement machine learning models and integrate them with our API. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, and collaborating with the DevOps team to deploy and monitor our applications on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and Node.js.
• Implement machine learning models and integrate them with our API.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and monitor our applications on AWS.
• Work closely with the team to identify and prioritize technical tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on API design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with implementing machine learning models.
• Experience with AWS and its services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with experience with frameworks such as Flask or Express.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
