About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff (AI Software Engineer, Agents) to join our team. As a key member of our AI software engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI agents using Python and Machine Learning technologies. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that meet our high standards for Code Quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our AI agents are deployed on AWS, and that they meet our requirements for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Python and Machine Learning technologies.
Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that AI agents meet our high standards for Code Quality.
Ensure that AI agents are deployed on AWS, and that they meet our requirements for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI agent development projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI agents, including design documents, implementation guides, and testing procedures.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AI software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Python.
Strong understanding of Code Quality principles and practices.
Experience with AWS, including deployment and management of AI agents.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
