Member of Operations - Integrated Operations
As the Integrated Operations Manager in Japan, you will be crucial in building and maintaining the operational backbone of ai&, from setting up systems and tools to streamlining processes. This role involves working cross-functionally across engineering, product, finance, and HR, with a focus on implementing AI-powered workflows and providing operational support to ensure the company runs efficiently.
ai& is a new global AI technology company dedicated to meeting the world's growing demand for AI. As our Integrated Operations Manager in Japan, you are the person who keeps ai& running. You will contribute to building the back office from the standing up the systems, tools, and processes that every other team depends on.
This role sits at the center of the organization. You will work daily across engineering, product, finance, infrastructure, and HR, making sure the operational layer of the company is tight, responsive, and always one step ahead of what the business needs. You will be hands-on in standing up IT infrastructure, working with general affairs, and supporting the finance team with the operational side of accounting and approvals. You will also work directly with our product and engineering teams where operational support is needed, bridging the gap between back office and the technical side of the business.
Lastly, you will be a key part of how ai& uses its own technology internally, building agentic and AI-powered workflows into our operations wherever manual processes exist today. We build this technology and our own back office should reflect it.
