About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate statistical and machine‑learning models to extract insights from clinical trial datasets.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, clinicians, and project teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable results.
- Implement data pipelines using Python, R and SQL to clean, transform, and integrate multi‑source clinical data.
- Generate visualizations, reports, and scientific presentations that communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CDISC, FDA) and ensure data integrity throughout the analysis lifecycle.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience applying Python or R for clinical data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial design, CDISC standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business insights.
