About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for broadcast and network equipment, including RF, Ethernet, and SDN components.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and software issues on-site, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
- Document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new broadcast services and infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in broadcast engineering and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, Ethernet switching, and SDN technologies.
- Hands‑on proficiency with Linux servers and Python scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
